Challenge 1: Integrity in Action

Reflection precedes action but does not matter much unless it does induce action. 

Let’s try to adopt these habits of action to remind ourselves of the need to contribute to our world and make others feel valued:

  1. Acknowledge people when you walk by them. Say Hi or smile.

  2. Always give up your seat if there are none left. Standing is a small inconvenience for making someone’s day.

  3. Never walk past litter; never litter.
